Creating a ring was something I was actually terrified of. My girlfriend wanted a very specific, purple ring with some diamonds around it. I was having issues finding them online until I saw recent work of Drew and Paynes at my friend's wedding, where he had purple sapphires embedded in his wedding band. After speaking with Drew and providing multiple examples, Drew crafted an amazing draft for the ring. Created in less than a few months, I had the beautiful diamond ring with a center purple saphire stone. Heather loves it so much, it's the ring of her dreams and on top of that - she's an oncologist nurse so who made it means even more (Drew being a cancer survivor). I've been lucky enough to have made great friends with lots of my kids friends.  Gerald is a great friend of my son Cody and they went to Oklahoma State together.  Gerald reached out to me a while back and wanted something classic in an engagement ring but with  a little unique twist.  He'd seen a purple stone and thought it was beautiful so we located a purple sapphire that he liked the color, did the design and CAD with a diamond halo and side stones, and was able to handle  it all from thousands of miles away.    As you can see, I think he got it right.   Congratulations to you both!
